"From the first call, Amanda was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation/needs and assisted us with multiple quotes. "I’m not kidding—thanks to Amanda, I switched my insurance to a plan that costs 60% less than my previous provider. I received far better coverage than what was offered in online quotes, and after being informed about various promotions, I moved all my auto and home insurance policies here. I saved a huge amount of money compared to the exorbitant rates I had been paying other companies for years. On top of that, we visited her with my one-year-old baby, and she treated us with incredible kindness; she even gave my baby a toy because the little one wouldn't stop crying. I am so glad we met Amanda and decided to switch to State Farm. If you need a quote, you should definitely speak with Amanda rather than relying on online prices. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. If you explain your needs, she will offer you the perfect policy—you won't even need to look for other quotes."

"7/23/26. Don't know when I wrote the previous review, but it is still true. Allie is the best, and I hold out sending late texts if its not emergent because I know she will answer! 5 stars for sure
Always responsive no matter what the issue. I can text or email and will always get a reply. One time I emailed late at night figuring they'd get it in the morning. I had a response within minutes. I was pleasantly surprised but will not do that again unless it's an emergency. I respect time off now that I know they'll answer no matter what!"

"I had gone online to the main State Farm website to print my updated insurance cards, and two of them that expire in 2 and 3 business days are not available on the website yet.
I phoned today and spoke with Taneyshka. I let her know that I had sent an email this past Monday to an agent we've dealt with in the past, but found out she had been off until today.
I told Taneyshka about my problem of needing the cards; and with today being Thursday, my present cards expire Monday and Tuesday.
She was so kind and patient, and took the time to bring them up and email them to me so I was able to print them and have them today.
That is great customer service!!"
